It was either her spin on stage as Blousey in Bugsy (aged 10), or playing Eve (as in Adam) aged 6 at her local Church, that began Louise’s enduring love affair with the performing arts. Hopelessly devoted (“sorry”) to a musical, but also “endlessly gobsmacked” by the Gesamtkunstwerk that is opera, and eternally delighted by plays that will “make you both laugh and cry”. Most recently it was Punch on the West End which kept the tears falling: “It gets thrown around too often, but it’s really a must watch.”
